1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 5 years of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the United States, along with a Ph.D. from XXXX University in Japan. His Ph.D. research focused on intelligent robotics, specifically developing humanoid robots for natural human-robot interaction. He began his career as a software engineer at XXXX, initially working as a site reliability engineer responsible for data center and server maintenance. He developed automation tools to streamline daily status checks, which evolved into a Unified Monitoring Platform later adopted department-wide, resulting in cost savings. He then worked in Singapore at a robotics-focused startup, where he designed software architecture, including both UI and backend systems. He developed a 3D engine to visualize robot posture and built a distributed communication system to support internal coordination among robotic components. After the project ended, he returned to Japan and joined XXXX as a reliability engineer, ensuring operational stability of robots deployed at customer sites such as warehouses and factories.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in system design, architecture, and integration. He has experience in C and C++ programming, as well as Python. He is familiar with working on system monitoring and integrating different components. Additionally, he has worked with the Jungle framework and has hands-on experience with hardware-related technologies such as RFID and low-level communication protocols.
