   He has over 17 years of industry experience within IT, Telecom, and Enterprise SaaS environments, managing diverse functions including Q2C/O2C, Inside Sales Ops, Supply Chain, and Global Partner Operations.
   , beginning his career at XXXX as a Process Executive managing global client operations, including order booking and testing. He worked on XXXX projects while at XXXX, which later became significant as he eventually joined XXXX. He then moved to XXXX, where he served as a Sales Analyst, managing global sales operations, order booking, and ELA processes for over 2.5 years. At XXXX, he initially supported global partners—particularly in Australia—handling onboarding, operational support, and relationship management. Later, he transitioned to the vendor operations team, where he managed seven global vendors across Asia, India, Europe, and the US, including Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and Concentrix.

   He considers his biggest strength to be his contribution to an IT project aimed at reducing invalid IT cases raised by over 1k global agents supporting XXXX.    Throughout his career, he led large global teams, oversaw service delivery, vendor performance, and large-scale transitions, and implemented automation and analytics to drive cost savings. His core expertise lies in service delivery, vendor operations, and process automation, with over 10 years focused on partner and vendor management. On the other hand, he has experience using Microsoft Dynamics and has worked with it extensively. While his exposure to systems like JIRA and Pega is comparatively limited, he still has a fair understanding of those platforms. His knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is notably stronger.
