1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has 20+ years of experience now working with MNCs, in multiple markets, culture, and business models. He started his career with XXXX and was the Regional Director for 12 markets in APAC including Japan, Hong Kong, and others. He was leading the service delivery back then and became the CIO for the same company in India where he did lots of innovation, detailing in the pharmaceutical industry, and such. After that, he joined XXXX, which is one of the top ten FMCGs in India, as a VP & CIO; he managed businesses of around $20B scale; he also worked in supply chain during that time where he introduced SAP HANA in the industry. From there, XXXX hired him for a major digital transformation going on in their company, he served there as Group & Global CIO and handled digital transformations for IT infrastructure via cloud migration and other related solutions; he transformed businesses via technology in all these previous companies. He is now doing consultancy and advisory for different clients mostly for digital transformation, digital strategy, SAP S/4HANA Implementation, and AI-driven related roles.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be managing very large teams and ensuring that he moves business via technology in terms of growth and revenues. Aside from that, his core is data-driven decisions; he is good with providing insights to leaders as well. And lastly, he’s well-versed with digital transformation and cybersecurity.
