1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has a total of six years of industry experience and holds a degree in civil engineering. After relocating to Dubai in 2019, he was unable to secure a position in the civil engineering field due to the impact of COVID-19. He then began working as a Purchasing Representative for a technical services company. In November 2021, he transitioned into the Forex industry, joining XXXX as an Introducing Broker (IB), where he focused on client acquisition and marketing on behalf of brokers such as ADFS, Amana Capital, and Mon Market. He remained in that role for nearly three years. Following this, he worked at XXXX as a Business Development Manager (BDM) for approximately five months. Currently, he is employed at XXXX, where he serves as a BDM and manages a team of six.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include team management, communication, sales, and client relationship management. He has maintained long-term client relationships since 2020, with many clients continuing to work with him despite changes in brokerage firms. Time management is also one of his key strengths.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has nearly four years of experience in the Forex industry. His role involves reaching out to potential clients, following up, and introducing the company's services with the goal of encouraging them to trade with the firm.
