   He has 7.8 years of experience in the industry, with over 5.5 years focused on solution engineering for professional and cloud-based services. His work primarily covers three areas: technical pre-sales, implementation and deployment of end-to-end solutions, and technical account management or L3 support for onboarded customers. His responsibilities include technical integrations with cloud technologies, data migrations, and on-premise to cloud transitions. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is primarily focused on solution consulting and technical account management, which are his key strengths in this field. In both his current and previous roles, he has been involved in pre-sales and technical pre-sales across various organizations and regions. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Prior to his focused, he has mainly worked with Google technologies and Google Workspace, along with Microsoft solutions such as M365 and Azure. He also has exposure to GCP and other cloud-based platforms and services like Proofpoint and Mimecast. He has worked with clients globally, with past experience focused on the APAC region and his current role centered on the U.S. market, including pre-sales practices for Google solutions. He has worked with clients in that region through his current company, which primarily focuses on the US market but is not limited to it. He has maintained a long-standing relationship with an advisor in the Middle East and has collaborated with several companies through that connection. He also interacts directly with customers, including client CEOs and CTOs, particularly when developing tailored solutions. His role mainly centers around technical account management.
