1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the forex trading industry with nearly nine years of experience. He began his career as an intern at a brokerage firm in Sydney, later moving on to roles at  XXXX  and then a dealing desk. He transitioned into B2B services with a liquidity provider in the industry and is currently with a company in Sydney, where he has held the position of Head of Sales for over a year. In this role, he manages around 50 sales staff across five to six teams and oversees a client base of approximately 40k to 50k. His teams are based in various regions, including China, Vietnam, Latin America, and Japan, with past involvement in the Middle East. He continues to expand into new markets.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has strong skills in team building and business development. Upon joining his current company, he started without a team but quickly established multiple sales teams globally. He focuses on identifying the right people to join the organization and supports them in forming and training their own teams. By guiding them in business development strategies and encouraging ownership, he contributes to sustainable growth within the company and its community.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has over a year of experience in sales and a background in back-office risk management. He has worked directly with clients and has extensive experience leading teams, particularly in local regions rather than outsourcing to Australia. His teams primarily support IBS and retail clients. Currently, he manages six sales teams across different countries, which involves coordinating with team leaders and handling varying cultural and operational challenges. His role demands strong team management skills, strategic planning, and significant time and energy.
