1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over six years of experience in the financial industry. He began his career as a Forex Analyst in 2020 at XXXX later joining XXXX, now known as Coded Market. He initially worked as an Operations Executive and was later promoted to Team Leader, where he was responsible for executing client leads, resolving client queries, and overseeing client and software performance on MetaTrader 5 (MT5), including its administrative functions. After gaining two years of experience there, he joined XXXX and later XXXX, where he served as Head of Operations, focusing on FX blockchain-related activities and managing MT5 administration and related operations. Currently, he is working at XXXX as the Head of Sales Support Operations in India.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has expertise in office software and has worked with Metadata 5, Metadata 4, and their respective administrator tools. He is also familiar with bridging in administrator software and has experience using Vertex FX software.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He is currently working with XXXX, having a team of over 30 members, handling client queries related to trade issues, post-withdrawal concerns, and similar matters. He also supports lead generation efforts for the company. The marketing team shares investor client details, and he contacts them to assist in creating their account and investment profile. His focus is mainly on the forex market, particularly in the commodity segment. He has been dealing with clients from the beginning, mainly focusing on compliance and resolving queries. While he is not fully involved in sales, he has supported some parts of the sales process—roughly around three procedures. In addition to his operations role, he also assists on the sales side when needed.
