1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 15 years of experience in the Forex market. His career began in 2004 with a central financial broker in Forex, followed by a period in the banking sector. In 2008, he returned to the Forex industry as an Introducing Broker (IB) and private trader, where he managed his own book and clients. In 2018, he transitioned back into sales, starting with XXXX, followed by roles at XXX, XXXX, and currently with XXXX. He has led a team for several years and has solid knowledge of the market, its products, and a strong grasp of industry dynamics.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His expertise focused on communication, resolving client issues, and supporting business generation. He also worked as a trader for over 11 years, managing client accounts and handling his own trading book. He has strong market knowledge, especially in gold trading.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   His entire career has been focused on Forex. In his current company, he is a head of sales and he’s leading a team and doing customer  services. Prior to his current role, there is a separate department for marketing, while his role is purely in sales, where he is responsible for managing the team. He does not work toward individual targets, but instead focuses on team targets. He handles a team of around 20–30 people, which requires consistent leadership and coordination. While he does have his own clients that contribute to the business, his main responsibility is leading the team, ensuring follow-ups, and supporting their performance. He believes that managing the team effectively is just as important as individual sales.
