1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 7 years of experience in the industry. He started his career in 2019 at XXXX as an Estimation Engineer, where he was responsible for pricing, deal closure, and negotiation. The key systems he handled included access control, CCTV, video walls, gate barriers, automatic sliding doors, panic alarm systems, PABGM systems, and more. Although the field engineers would provide the BOQ, he was also involved in the design and estimation tasks. He later joined Bhatia Brothers, where he currently works in a distribution setup handling brands. Initially he was hired for ELV sales, he was also asked to assist with design work when a colleague went on leave. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skill is his ability to understand infrastructure and ELV systems, including CCTV, access control systems, gate barriers, automatic sliding doors, people counting systems, intercom systems, video wall systems, retractable monitors, and PA systems.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Currently, he manages both sales and design responsibilities, which gives him a strong understanding of the products and systems. He has five years of ELV sales experience, regularly handles customer follow-ups, attends meetings, addresses basic technical queries, and coordinates with the technical team for more complex issues. He was given a monthly sales target of 200,000, which he consistently achieved. He believes strong after-sales support is essential for long-term customer retention and always prioritizes customer satisfaction, recognizing that continued success depends on it.
