1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 12 years of expertise in ERP systems, technology consultancy, and strategic business growth. In 2022, he co-founded a tech start-up called XXXX in the UAE with a local investor. He was actively involved in managing stakeholders, working with investors, hiring the team, and building operations. The company explored ERP solutions like Odoo, SAP ERP, and SAP Business One, and became a certified Odoo Silver Partner in the UAE. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include providing cybersecurity services for an Egyptian company since 2015. His work involves managing firewalls, local networks, and IT infrastructure, including small data centers. He has handled several projects related to data center setups and cybersecurity implementation. His responsibilities also include conducting cybersecurity investigations, middleware testing, and providing consultation. In addition, he has technical experience with AWS, which requires knowledge in securing databases, datasets, and files.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Currently in his company, he was involved in implementing ERP systems, focusing on modules such as accounting, inventory management, manufacturing, and CRM. The company provides ERP solutions mainly to clients in industrial, manufacturing, and clinic management sectors. He also participated in business consultations and project handovers for various clients, sometimes handling them directly or supporting other departments. One of his key achievements was building the company from the ground up. Under his leadership, the business became one of the top 10 ERP service providers in the UAE, reaching over 10 million in turnover last year. He played a key role in hiring the CTO and sales manager, and helped transition the sales team from a real estate background into the software industry by introducing technology-driven systems. He also supported the development of a project management approach that combined agile and waterfall methodologies to suit client industries such as manufacturing, real estate, and contracting. As operations became fully established, his role shifted to overseeing approvals and high-level management.
