Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Account Director to join their team in Japan.
- Own and drive sales strategy for Japan, positioning the platform as the leading SaaS martech provider
- Manage enterprise-level accounts in e-commerce, fintech, retail, B2C, and hospitality industries
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiations, and deal closures
- Collaborate with international teams to localize strategy and build strong brand presence in Japan
- Fully remote role with responsibility for shaping long-term revenue growth in the region
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have at least 8 years of sales experience in SaaS or martech industry
- Proven success in enterprise account management and business development
- Strong network and relationships in Japan’s e-commerce, fintech, retail, or hospitality sectors
- Experience in managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts and long sales cycles
- Understanding of martech stack, digital marketing analytics, and personalization platforms is a plus
- Fluent in English and Japanese
