Job Description
- After a very successful 2025, looking for a new Business Analyst to join their insurance client team in Hong Kong.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Document workflows, processes, and system enhancements to support insurance and financial services operations
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conduct gap analysis, identify risks, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and compliance
- Support delivery of projects by ensuring requirements are clear, validated, and traceable
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or any relevant fields
- At least 5-6 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Background within insurance or financial services
- Familiarity with SQL for data validation and reporting; exposure to BI tools is a plus
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (HK insurance compliance, IFRS17, Solvency II)
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
