Job Description
- After a very successful 2025, looking for a new Business Development Manager to join their team in Singapore.
- Drive business development and sales initatives across crypto, blockchain, and Web3 domains
- Identify and secure new partnerships with clients, exchanges, and digital agencies to expand market presence
- Collaborate with global teams to align strategies with revenue scaling and expansion goals
- Represent the company in client discussions, online events, and partnership negotiations
- Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any relevant fields
- 4-5 years of sales or business development experience
- Deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, blockchain solutions, and Web3 applications
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms
- Ability to interpret on-chain analytics (Dune, Nansen, Glassnode) for business insights
- Knowledge of API integrations and SaaS-based product delivery in fintech/crypto environments
- Fluent in English and local language
