Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai.
- Identify and engage IBs and financial institutions across the MENA region
- Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to CFD trading and client acquisition
- Serve as the primary contact for affiliates, providing technical support, onboarding guidance, and deal coordination
- Monitor and manage IB systems, ensuring smooth operations and timely updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver client-focused solutions
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership to inform strategic decisions
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or any related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, brokerage, or trading (5+ years are welcomed with enhanced compensation)
- Solid understanding of CFD trading, financial instruments, and brokerage operations
- Background in investment banking or institutional trading is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
