Job Description

  • After a very successful 2024, looking for a new IT Help Desk Supports to join their team in China.
  • Provide frontline end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPNs, and ITSM tools
  • Monitor incident queues, document tickets, escalate complex cases, and follow up until closure
  • Support device setup, configuration, and account management for new and existings users
  • Coordinate with remote IT teams and local stakeholders to maintain service SLAs and compliance standards
  • Work in rotational shifts (15 hours/day, 6-day week), covering weekends to ensure uninterrupted IT support

 

Key Candidate Criteria

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Hands-on with Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPNs, and ITSM (ServiceNow) tools
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation preferred
  • Experience and knowledge within FMCG is a bonus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
