Job Description
- After successful 2024, looking for Business Development to join the team.
- Reporting directly to the Manager.
- Focus on building and maintaining relationships with key partners and clients across the Asia region.
- Act as the first point of contact for partners and clients, providing basic troubleshooting and support while following the proper escalation process when needed.
- Convert new registrations into FTD, upselling services, and increasing client deposits.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development and sales, preferably in the Financial, or Forex trading markets.
- Proficient in using CRMs and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, MetaTrader 4 and 5.
- Strong oral communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with clients.
- Can speak fluent English, and Mandarin.
