Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Client Success Manager to join their team in South Korea.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients across gaming, tech, and consumer brands
- Identify new stakeholders and use cases within client organizations
- Ensure clients derive maximum value from the company’s tools, reports, and consulting services
- Spot upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and virtual briefings
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored insights and support
Key Candidate Criteria
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or consulting
- Must have local market knowledge and established network
- Interest in gaming, eSports, or digital entertainment; industry experience will be a plus
- Experience with SaaS, data platforms, or consumer insights is preferable
- Fluent in English. Local language proficiency highly preferred
