Job Description

  • After a very successful 2025, looking for a new Customer Success Manager to join their team in Japan.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise clients in Japan, supporting onboarding and long-term success
  • Deliver product training, share best practices, and empower clients to maximize value from their solutions
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, proactively addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Implement strategies to reduce churn, increase retention, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal support and sales teams to ensure seamless client experience

 

Key Candidate Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in customer success or client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS or digital marketing
  • Passion for apps, mobile tech, and data-driven marketing
  • Knowledge of ASO, Apple Ads, MMPs, or mobile attribution
  • Exposure to selling or supporting Enterprise SaaS or consulting services
  • Background working with digital advertising agencies would be a plus
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
