Job Description
- After a very successful 2025, looking for a new Data Coordinator to join their team in Japan.
- Focus on data cleansing and master data migration for pharma ERP systems
- Support global rollout by preparing Japanese client data for integration
- Collaborate with European teams and align with regulated industry standards
- Remote work setup, with occasional client visits to Tokyo and Yamagata
Key Candidate Criteria
- Strong SAP functional understanding, especially in master data structures and data migration workflows
- Hands-on experience with data cleansing, validation, and harmonization in regulated environments
- Familiarity with GxP compliance, data integrity standards, and audit readiness in pharma or food industries
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data mapping tools; experience with ETL platforms is a plus
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
- Fluent in English and Japanese (at least N2)
