Job Description
- After successful 2025, looking for Desktop Support Engineers to join the team in HK.
- Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support in operation of audio/visual setups for meetings and presentations.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and AV equipment.
- Assist users with routine IT requests like password resets, software installs, device setups and resolve/track tickets using ServiceNow.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Ideally 3- 4 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support, Technical Support, or IT Helpdesk.
- Must have full knowledge with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Experience in setting up and troubleshooting audio/visual equipment.
- Familiarity in handling Microsoft Office suite, Active Directory, and Windows OS.
- Can speak fluent English, and Cantonese.
