Job Description
- After successful 2024, looking for Account Manager to join the team in Dubai.
- Manage and grow client accounts within the telecom sector, with a focus on VoIP and SMS services across Africa and the Middle East.
- Manage day-to-day account activities, including service delivery, issue resolution, and coordination with internal technical teams.
- Work closely with operations and software teams to ensure smooth integration of services and timely project delivery.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have at least 2 to 5 years relevant experience as an Account Manager, ideally in a telecommunication, VoIP, or SMS Industry.
- Strong network in the industry across Africa and/or the Middle East, with the ability to onboard and manage client accounts
- Full understanding of telecom-related software and platforms, including VoIP systems, SMS gateways, routing, CRM tools or any relevant.
- Can speak fluent English.
