Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Enterprise Sales Lead to join their distributed team
- Lead enterprise sales efforts across new international markets
- Identify and engage mid-cap companies in need of loyalty, rewards, and payout automation
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, from outreach to close
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align solutions with market needs
- Represent company in strategic conversations with partners, prospects, and stakeholders
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and help shape the company’s global sales playbook
Key Candidate Criteria
- Mature experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in spend management, rewards, or fintech platforms
- Proven success in scaling sales for global or high-growth startups ($100M+ revenue milestones)
- Strong understanding of digital loyalty, partner incentives, and payment workflows
- Experience selling to mid-market clients across diverse geographies
- Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent in English
