Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Business Analyst to join their team in Asia
- Analyze and document end-to-end payment flows, including card-present and card-not-present transactions
- Support new integrations and payment schemes
- Troubleshoot and pinpoint issues across the end-to-end payment flow from store terminals to issuers
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Provide insights and updates to sales, strategy, and customer teams on regional issues and priorities
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into actionable insights
- Participate in UAT and QA processes for new features and integrations
Key Candidate Criteria
- Range of 4-20 years of experience as a Business Analyst in product or engineering teams within payment companies
- Deep understanding of card processing systems, payment flows, and transaction troubleshooting
- Experience with transaction lifecycle analysis, chargebacks, settlement, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, etc.) and alternative payment methods
- Hands-on working with API documentation, integration specs, and data mapping
- Fluent in English
