Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Head of Application Architecture to join their team in the Philippines.
- Develop and drive the enterprise application architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with the CTO’s vision and broader business objectives
- Define and enforce architecture principles, design patterns, and governance frameworks
- Serve as the architectural lead for the Common Domain, ensuring foundational services meet cross-functional needs
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance scalability, security, and performance
- Lead architecture reviews, guide technology decisions, and ensure consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with executive leadership, egineering, infrastructure, and security teams to translate business needs into sustainable solutions
- Mentor and grow the architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale architecture in complex, cloud-native environments
- Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven systems, domain-driven design, and API-first architecture
- Strong background in Azure and other cloud platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and system integration best practices
- Experience working in Agile environments and supporting digital transformation at scale
- Fluent in English
