Job Description

  • After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Head/Director of Sales to join their team in Asia (Korea, Japan, China).
  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution for IP software and AI legal tech solutions in the region
  • Develop partnerships with corporates, law firms, and industry leaders to secure enterprise-level deals
  • Build and lead new client relationships, leveraging deep local networks and cultural insight
  • Work directly with the CRO and co-founders to shape regional strategy, pricing, and growth initiatives
  • Champion the company’s AI-driven solutions to position the company as a trusted market leader in Asia.

 

Key Candidate Criteria

  • Must have strong track record in sales within the IP or legal technology domain
  • Background in selling IP services, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions
  • Knowledge of IP lifecycle management, patent data, and paralegal workflows
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles, contract negotiations, and closing high-value deals
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or tech-enabled platforms in the legal/IP sector
  • Established client relationships and local networks across Korea, Japan, or China
  • Fluent in English and local language
