Job Description
- After a very successful 2025, looking for a new SAP MRO Specialist to join their client team in Hong Kong.
- Analyze existing processes and identify gaps between business operations and SAP PM/MM functionalities, including MES solutions such as iMRO.
- Lead business process mapping for MRO and supply chain domains, advising stakeholders on best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement MES enhancements that support daily operations
- Coordinate with line managers to allocate resources and oversee project activities such as blueprint workshops, UAT, and training sessions
- Manage change control during rollout and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP PM/MM project experience, including exposure to S/4HANA
- Hands-on experience across ERP project phases: training, UAT, data migration, and go-live
- Strong knowledge of MRO operations within aviation or engineering industries
- Familiar with MES solutions such as iMRO
- Fluent in English
