Job Description
- After a very successful 2025, looking for a new SAP SuccessFactors Specialist join their client team in Hong Kong.
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Support the migration of time management and payroll functions to ECP
- Facilitate blueprint workshops, UAT sessions, and training programs for business users and line managers
- Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and escalate issues proactively
- Manage business changes during rollout and ensure smooth adoption of new processes
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of project experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, including exposure to S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience across multiple phases of HRMS projects: training, UAT, data migration, and go-live
- Fluent in English
