Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Institutional Equity Sales to join their global team.
- Develop and manage institutional client relationships across private banks, insurers, investment firms, and family offices
- Originate, pitch, and execute opportunities in cash equities, bonds, delta one products, and interest rates
- Provide market insights, investment ideas, and customized financial solutions to clients
- Work independently while coordinating with traders, research, and product structuring teams to deliver best-in-class execution
- Contribute direclty to P&L growth with full accountability for revenue generated
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, reporting directly to the Head of Structured Products
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have strong background in financial services
- Experience in institutional equity or structured product sales
- Exposure to asset classes including cash equities, bonds, derivatives, or interest rate products
- Proven ability to originate business and manage client portfolios independently
- Strong relationships across private banks, insurers, investment firms, or family offices
- Fluent in English
