Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for a Finance Manager/ Nominee Director to join the team in Japan.
- Reporting Directly to the CFO based in Switzerland.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese corporate, accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, including statutory reporting and all submissions with local advisors.
- Monitor updates in financial, tax, and digital asset regulations in Japan, especially those related to crypto and trading activities.
- Manage cross-border operations, including equipment procurement from overseas, customs coordination, banking relationships, and local service providers.
- Support global finance, legal, and business development teams to align local operations with broader company strategies.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, law, business administration, finance, or accounting.
- Ideally 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial services, telecommunications, crypto, or trading field.
- Experience handling account openings for international companies in Japan.
- Knowledgeable in Japan’s crypto regulations, legal requirements, and financial frameworks is a plus.
- Can speak English and Japanese
