Job Description
- After a very successful 2025, looking for a new Payment Supplier Management to join their team in Malaysia.
- Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with product and market expansion strategies
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify new opportunities and strengthen supplier partnerships
- Oversee fund flow planning and supplier operations, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve SLAs, pricing strategies, and joint marketing activities
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields
- Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience in the payment industry, with strong supplier management exposure
- Deep knowledge of payment gateways, fintech operations, and supplier networks
- Experience from top fintech or payment platforms is highly valued
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
