Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Sales Executive to join their distributed team
- Identify and engage mid-sized businesses across retail, hospitality, and services that need loyalty and rewards solutions
- Pitch the company’s cloud-based platform to decision-makers, showcase value in customer retention and digital engagement
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects across Europe, UK, and Asia
- Collaborate with the product team to tailor solutions to client needs
- Represent the company in virtual meetings, demos, and industry events
Key Candidate Criteria
- Proven years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or loyalty/rewards platforms
- Strong network or experience selling to SMEs and mid-cap companies
- Understanding of digital payments, loyalty ecosystems, and customer engagement tools
- Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy considerations (for Europe/UK candidates)
- Comfortable working remotely and independently on a startup environment
- Fluent in English
