Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Lead Data Analyst to join their team in the Philippines.
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Design and implement scalable data models and workflows, maintaining high standards for data quality and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and executive teams to deliver actionable insights
- Oversee technical standards, including code reviews, documentation, and analytics platform governance
- Mentor and guide junior analyts, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration
- Drive strategic decisions on tools, architecture, and analytics best practices to support long-term growth
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Master’s would be a plus.
- At least 6-10 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related roles with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics language; Python is ideal
- Strong background in data modeling, statistical analysis, and analytics design
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like PowerBI, Looker, and Tableau
- Deep understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and analytics infrastructure
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members
- Fluent in English
