Job Description

• After a very successful 2025, looking for a new Project Manager to join their insurance client team in Hong Kong.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery within the insurance domain, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to achieve project objectives
• Manage stakeholder communication, risk assessment, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance delivery outcomes

Key Candidate Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or any relevant fields
• At least 7-8 years of project management experience
• Strong background within insurance or financial services
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance in insurance (HKIA guidelines, IFRS17)
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
