Job Description

  • After very successful 2025 and new projects, our client is expanding into new markets and is looking for a Sales Executive in both Philippines and Malaysia.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director. Working collaboratively with regional marketing and product teams for leads support.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage new business prospects through proactive outreach
  • Use LinkedIn, email, and CRM platforms to generate interest and book qualified meetings.
  • Conduct product presentations and follow-ups with potential clients while working with internal teams to refine sales strategies and achieve monthly targets.

 

Key Candidate Criteria

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally within SaaS, CRM, CX, or analytics platform.
  • Proven ability to identify prospects, conduct outreach, and manage the early stages of sales funnel and strong knowledge of sales prospecting platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Understanding of CX/VoC Concepts (customer journey mapping, NPS, CES, CSAT) and how analytics drives improvement.
  • Comfortable in using communication platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Workspace, etc.) and CRM-integrated sales workflows
  • Highly independent, proactive, and comfortable working as a single contributor in a new market set up.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zoho for tracking leads and forecasting.
  • Can speak fluent English and local language.

 

Office

  • Remote set-up in Philippines and Malaysia
  • With occasional client meetings and local travel as required.
