Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Sales Manager to join their team in Australia
- Directly reporting to the Head of Asia Desk based in Melbourne
- Be involved in the regional sales strategy focused on APAC client acquisition and growth
- Identify and nurture high-value client relationships across markets
- Execute outreach campaigns, attend industry events, and drive trading volumes
- Collaborate with global teams to align local initiatives with international goals
- Provide client feedback to influence product improvements and marketing efforts
Key Candidate Criteria
- Dynamic Sales professional with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in fintech SaaS, brokerage, or trading platforms
- Strong hands-on within the financial services industry
- Deep understanding of forex, CFDs, and related trading products
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledgeable with KYC, compliance, and onboarding protocols
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
- Must be based in Australia already
