Job Description
- After a very successful 2025, looking for a new SAP PM Technical Consultant to join their team in Japan.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and SAP functional teams for Plant Maintenance and asset management
- Lead process mapping, Fit-Gap analysis, and requirement workshops with maintenance, engineering, and operations stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, guide implementation teams, and support system testing, data validation, and cutover activities
- Contribute to training materials, change management initiatives, and compliance readiness for maintenance teams in regulated pharma environments
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with PP, WM, and other modules, aligned with global standards and local Japanese operations
Key Candidate Criteria
- 8+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in PM and WM, plus exposure to MM, FI, CO, and EHS
- Proven track record with at least two full-cycle SAP PM implementations in global or regional programs
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, work order management, equipment lifecycle, and compliance in GxP environments
- Advanced configuration skills in SAP PM (maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, work orders, measuring points, breakdown analysis)
- Fluent in English and Japanese (at least N2)
