Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dubai.
- Prepare and manage BOQs, RFIs, and tender documents for interior and construction projects
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimations using AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Excel
- Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and site teams to ensure accurate planning and execution
- Review technical drawings and specifications; maintain organized documentation and reporting for all project phases
- Support procurement and contact administration processes
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or any relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and QS software tools
- Strong knowledge of cost control, planning, and project management
- Fluent in English
