Job Description
- After very successful 2025, our client is expanding and looking for Senior Sales and Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai (with 5 openings available).
- Reporting directly to the Sales Director and work closely with the sales team to deliver tailored ERP implementations that address client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, client prospecting, outreach and closing successful deals.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and promote ERP solutions to prospective clients across UAE.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets for ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and software.
- Exceptional ability in negotiation and deal-closing expertise.
- Deep understanding of UAE’s business and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Arabic or Urdu is a significant advantage
- Relevant sales or ERP Certifications is a plus
- Can speak fluent English
