Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Senior Software Developer to join their team in the Philippines
- Design and implement robust server-side logic to support real-time data ingestion and processing
- Develop and maintain APIs for internal services and external integrations
- Architect and optimize database schemas to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval
- Ensure backend systems are scalable, secure, and resilient across cloud environments
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and data teams to align backend architecture with business goals
- Contribute to the automation of deployment pipelines and system monitoring
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and incident retrospectives
Key Candidate Criteria
- At least 6-12 years of experience in backend development, with strong command of C++, C#, and Python
- Proven expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases, query optimization, and monitoring
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and infrastructure setup
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Familiarity with Node-RED, MQTT brokers, and IoT data flows
- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and modern version control practices
- Fluent in English
