Job Description
- After a successful 2024, looking for Digital Sales Manager to join the team in Singapore.
- Lead and support a team of Sales Consultants while promoting strong sales practices.
- Review business appraisals and planning documents, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with founders to update and refine processes for recruiting, training, and performance tracking.
- Develop clear and repeatable frameworks for appointment setting, sales pitches, and follow-ups.
- Improve or create systems such as CRM tools, scripts, and onboarding processes to support the sales team.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Ideally at least 6 to 10 years of relevant sales manager experience, with a focus on digital marketing services.
- Must have a proven track record of generating new business in areas like website development, social media, digital campaigns, or similar fields.
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with a focus on maintaining standards and ensuring consistent processes.
- Previous experience in making outbound calls, addressing client concerns, and leading client meetings professionally.
- Can speak fluent English, and Mandarin.
Office
Salary
- +3.5K to 4.5K SGD per month
- Acquisition Bonus (9K to 50K SGD)
