Job Description

  • After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Strategic Sales Consultant to join their global team.
  • Identify and engage high-value clients across fintech, gaming, or digital trust sectors
  • Leverage existing networks to open doors and initiate strategic conversations
  • Understand client pain points and unmet needs; translate them into blockchain-enabled solutions
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to shape bespoke offerings
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and vertical positioning
  • Operate independently with full ownership of pipeline and relationship management

 

Key Candidate Criteria

  • Must have 8-15 years of experience in sales, consulting, or business development
  • Strong network in banking, fintech, gaming, or digital identity sectors
  • Background in Web3, blockchain, or tech-enabled transformation preferred
  • Proven ability to open doors and build trust with decision-makers
  • Can consult and co-create bespoke, tailored solutions and products with client
  • Fluent in English
