Job Description
- After a very successful 2025, looking for a new Technical Documentation Manager to join their team in Hong Kong or Manila
- Lead and mentor a team of technical writers and quality experts, ensuring accountability and professional growth
- Oversee documentation projects from planning to delivery, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations, conducting reviews and implementing improvement plans
- Collaborate with coordination leaders to align documentation outputs with profitability and client satisfaction goals
- Drive workflow optimization, risk management, and process improvements, ensuring adherence to industry standards
- Promote a culture of innovation, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement within the documentation team
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Communications, Business Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of technical writing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven expertise in EN, IEC, and UL safety standards
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and experience with XML documentation is advantageous
- Fluent in English
